Here we have
an exquisite antique/very-vintage portrait plate from O&EG Royal Austria, featuring a hand-painted Art Nouveau portrait of a partially nude fairy lady.  We have lots of beautiful antique, vintage and contemporary China, dinnerware, and art pottery in our store, to which we add new inventory daily, and we're always happy to combine shipping at actual cost.

Our photographs reveal the condition best -- please enlarge and zoom in on them, and examine them carefully. We often add graphics such as arrows, circles, and text boxes to our photos to point out things of interest that might be hard to see, such as a price tag or maker's mark, as well as to highlight many condition flaws. Very clean and fresh piece in overall good to very-good antique/very-vintage condition, with no chips or cracks, and no stains, silver/gray utensil marks or crazing. Central portrait in minty condition, with no wear, scratches or rubs to the paint. Considerable wear to the gold accents and motifs, in particular to those on the upper left quadrant. White squiggly marks around inner rim are a mystery -- smooth and undamaged, just areas where the dark red glaze didn't take.
